Albert Affirmative Action Plans
Michael S. Albert, Esq., is an Attorney and Human Resources Consultant who:
- Designs and Develops Affirmative Action Plans for federal contractors that supply goods and services (non-construction) to agencies of the US Government
- Updates the Affirmative Action Plans each year
- Interprets and Supplies Census Data to Set Goals for Minorities and Females
- Performs all Statistical Analyses required by the Regulations
- Represents employers at Compliance Reviews (audits) of their Affirmative Action Plans by the US Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)
- Trains Human Resources and Management in Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Compliance
- Provides other assistance to clients to ensure non-discrimination compliance
